- Reserve your puppy
- Once you have decided to proceed, a reservation can be made subject to our reservation terms. Any deposit amount, refund conditions, and collection arrangements will be explained clearly before payment.
- Receive confirmation
- You will receive confirmation of the reservation together with the agreed collection arrangements and relevant puppy information.
- Collection
- The remaining balance is settled according to the agreed terms, and the puppy is collected at the arranged time with the appropriate documentation and care information.
How Safe Is the Reservation?
